Mission of Work:
The AI Network Korean Telegram group currently has about 1,400 members. Many of these members are able to read English proficiently. But given that the Telegram group is a “Korean” community, an assumption can be made that the majority of members are native Korean speakers and are more comfortable with Korean. Currently, the AI Network whitepaper is only available in English. Due to the lack of a Korean version, I believe that information in the whitepaper is not being effectively communicated to Korean members. To address this issue, I am submitting a proposal for the translation of the AI Network whitepaper into Korean.
현재 AI Network 한국 텔레그램 그룹에는 약 1,400명의 멤버가 가입되어 있습니다. 이중 많은 가입자가 영어를 읽을 수 있을 것입니다. 하지만 텔레그램 그룹이 ‘한국’ 커뮤니티라는 점을 감안하면 한글이 모국어인 멤버가 대부분일 것이라고 생각하고 한국어가 편한 분들이 그룹의 다수를 이루고 있을 것이라 생각합니다. 현재 AI Network의 백서는 영문 버전만 제공되고 있습니다. 한국어 버전은 존재하지 않습니다. 결과적으로 백서의 한국어 버전 부재로 인해 문서에 담긴 많은 정보가 한국 멤버들에게 효과적으로 전달되고 있지 않을 것이라 예상합니다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 AI Network 백서의 한국어 번역 제안서를 제출합니다.

Timeline:

Specification:
- As the translation will be conducted outside of regular office hours, the progress of the work is expected to be slower than what would typically be anticipated for document translation
- 번역 작업은 근무 시간 외에 진행되므로 작업 진행 속도가 일반적인 번역작업 보다 느릴 것으로 예상됨
- DeepEL and Papago will be used as aids for translation, although they will not serve as the primary source for the translation

- Translator is South Korean. He lived abroad for 23 years (Libya and UK) and worked in Korea for 10 years.
